EXAMS... |
Please check the notice board regularly for changes to either exam time or coaching classes. The pianist rehearsal is usually a different time to the rest of term and it is extremely important that the candidates attend this one as it is held in exam conditions to prepare to the final exam. Please note RAD exams are usually on a weekday, ISTD on Sundays. No jewellery to be worn for exams. |

TIMETABLE CHANGES... |
Please make sure you check the timetable for the Autumn term thoroughly as there have been quite a few changes, particularly to Saturdays. We do try to keep changes to a minimum, and hope these do not inconvenience you too much.

AUTUMN EXAMS... |
The list of candidates for Autumn exams will be posted on the board, soon after term starts on the 6th September. Congratulations to all those who undertook exams this term, results to follow. |

TWO WAY MIRRORS… |
These have been a fantastic success; however, please refrain from entering the class during teaching time, to talk to your child or the teacher, because of something you’ve seen (i.e. snotty nose). This is highly disruptive to the class and does take away teaching time for the other pupils.

CONGRATULATIONS… |
The letters have gone out inviting the pupils for the RAD scholarship for the next term. Well done to all those whom have worked hard enough to remain a scholar and those invited for the first time. Scholars uniforms are available from the office. Scholars have a presentation class once a year. |

SOLO/DUET FESTIVAL ENTRIES… |
The deadline for these entries is the 25th July. All entry fees must be paid by the deadline to be included in the Worthing Festival. If you are thinking you might like to enter, you could always use your exam dance and just have it tweaked, just needing to pay entry fee and costume. Entry fees £6.50 per solo dance, £9.00 for duets.

FESTIVAL PERFORMANCES... |
Well done to the festival groups for all their charity performances, Paddle round the pier, Make your Move, Glebe School fete & The Mayors variety show. Natasha Hilfiker performed a solo at the Metropole for the Las Vegas Swing band raising money for Chestnut Tree House.
You all behaved exemplary and performed beautifully.

SUMMER SCHOOL... |
2 weeks of Summer School w/c 2nd Aug and 9th Aug. Themes Wicked & Wizard of Oz. Open to ages 4 and over. 10am-4pm, to include activities such as Street dance. ******* LIMITED PLACES STILL AVAILABLE ******

FEES...

Please remember, discounted fees are only applicable for the first week of term. If for some reason you were unable to come for the first week, please do not ask for the discount past the first week as refusal often offends. There are alternative ways of ensuring you receive the discount, 1) post date cheques, 2) pay over the phone, 3) complete form for debit/credit payment or visit the office. 4) visit the office in person at a lesser busy time i.e. during the days see opening times or later in the evening when Joy is still here for adult classes.
